ITS AN HONOR TO INTRODUCE A VERY TALENT CHILDHOOD FRIEND OF MINE Chef Mackenzie Kitbur. This guy is pretty amazing. I have known him for over 15 years, and he's like a brother to me. He is The Owner/operator of "CAPITAL TASTE"an Underground Dining Experience which includes Pop Ups, Dinner Parties and Catered Events. Capital Taste's recent experience, "BaJeng" was to honor his late aunt "Jeng" who help raise him as a young boy before returning to Thailand by doing do a Thai inspired menu in a Pop Up restaurant setting.
