Lil Wayne has recently apologized to his fans around the world for what he calls a "lack luster" 2013. This year the rapper took note that he was not nominated for any awards like normal. This has been one of his most quite years in a while. Some are questioning if he has lost a step. Only time will tell just a couple years back he was one of the most talked about artist in the music industry. Lil Wayne is currently working on his Dedication 5 mixtape with DJ Drama. He released Dedication 4 around Labor Day last year, so expect 5 to hit soon. The "6 Foot 7 Foot" rapper is currently on his “America’s Most Wanted” tour. It raps Sept. 2 in Phoenix, AZ
